The famous expedition of Meriwether Lewis and William Clark ended January 1806 overlooking the Pacific Ocean. This beautiful place on the Oregon coast is where Rebecca's adventure began. She lived there for the first year of her life before her family moved back to Pennsylvania.

As a young girl, she wrote short stories and published her own community newspaper. In 1996 she graduated with a B.S. in journalism and began her career as a writer and editor for a small nonprofit organization. She also married the love of her life.

Over the years Rebecca used her creativity in several different jobs. Since 2001 she has worked as a freelance writer in print, broadcast and Web media. She lives in north Georgia with her husband and daughter.
